About

Born and raised in Alexandria, Louisiana, one of seven kids. Based in Miami now.

I started as a physical therapy technician in Ruston and have spent the fourteen years since my doctorate moving steadily from treating people to leading the programs that treat them. My training took me through St. Augustine, Ohio State, Louisville, Houston, and Auckland. My work has run through Air Force Special Warfare, Army special operations, the Space Force, cruise ships, and university classrooms.

Today I hold several roles at once: Director of Operations for a healthcare company, Director of Clinical Education for a doctoral program, owner of a consulting practice, co-founder of an education company and a professional summit, and a practicing clinician. I’m a board-certified sports physical therapist, a strength coach, and a sport scientist with a research master’s degree in biomechanics (MPhil).

What ties it together is a belief that people perform best inside well-built systems, and that the people running those systems deserve good structure, good data, and good mentors.
