Good programs outlast the people who build them. That’s the standard I work to.
I’ve spent my career inside organizations that ask a lot of their people: Army special operations, the Space Force, a major hospital system, universities, professional sport, and the cruise lines that carry some of the world’s best performers. I’ve treated in those settings, taught in them, and led in them.
Today I run operations for a healthcare company, direct clinical education for a doctoral program, own a consulting practice, and co-founded an education company and a professional summit. The thread through all of it is structure: clear roles, sound processes, and people who know what good looks like.
