Who it’s for
Athletes from high school to professional, military and tactical personnel, performers, and active adults. People with a new injury, people coming back from surgery such as ACL reconstruction or hip arthroscopy, and people stuck with pain that hasn’t resolved.
What you get
A thorough evaluation, a plan you understand, and criteria-based testing at each stage so we both know when you’re ready to return to sport, duty, or stage. Care is built around progressive strength work, supported by manual therapy, dry needling including ultrasound-guided, blood flow restriction, shockwave, and laser when they’re the right tool.
When rehab ends, training continues: individual strength and conditioning programming and Olympic lifting coaching. I work closely with physicians, coaches, and strength staff, and focus most on the hip, knee, shoulder, spine, and tendon. In person in Miami, with a virtual first consult available.
